How to use Sage:
Open a few windows and doors to help any smoke and negative energy leave easy.
Light Sage over a flame proof bowl, or shell  until a flame is caught wait for a moment, let the flame go out.
While holding your sage over a bowl, or shell lightly blow on the flame until it goes out.
Walk around your ho waving the sage using a feather or your hand to get the smoke into all areas of your space that you want cleansed.
Set your intentions while walking through your home.
